Position Overview:

RoleFull-Time BCBA

Location: Northern NJ (Roselle Park Area)

Primary Role:

  • Coordinate with the instructional treatment team

  • Provide consultation within schools, collaborating with administrators, child study team members, teachers, and other school personnel

  • Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings

  • Offer interactive therapeutic solutions to address maladaptive behaviors

  • Conduct behavior analysis to develop functional, individualized behavioral programs

  • Provide direct training and supervision to the clinical support team

  • Manage client data

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field

  • Active BCBA Certification

  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

  • 2 years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum

  • Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments

  • Create programs and Behavior Intervention plans

  • Complete skill assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
